Experience/Certifications Required:
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• 4 + years’ experience as a service technician working on commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment.
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in an HVAC program. (or equal training and certification)
• 10 hour OSHA card or attain one in the first 30 days of employment.
• NH Gas Service Technicians License.
• EPA Certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Work Environment: Noise, dust, welding flash, temperature variations and difficult-to access areas are a part of some job sites. Many times you will he working in an occupied office, manufacturing, educational or hospital environment. When necessary, protective gear is required.
Key Duties:
• Diagnose the causes of problems and or failures in commercial heating/air conditioning systems.
• Inspect HVAC systems and their components to evaluate condition and identify necessary repairs and recommend preventative maintenance.
• Be a part of the on-call rotation.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
– Follow and accurately complete check lists.
– Provide recommendations for ongoing preventative maintenance.
– Identify unsafe and recommended repairs.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with client.
– Build client confidence in company.
– Maintain a clean and organized appearance. This includes personal appearance and hygiene, company vehicles, tools and equipment.
– Make sure the site is cleaner when you leave than when you arrived.

- Demonstrated experience with Bluebeam and proficiency in creating and managing project documentation
- Proven experience with Sage 300 for project tracking and management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook) for project documentation and communication
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration
- Experience with Procore for project management and documentation

- Create and update project Submittal logs in Sage 300
- Request submittals and attach and complete cover sheets to submit for approval; Save submittal in SharePoint job folder

- Update lead times and material status for each item on the Submittal log
- Save updated Submittal log for weekly PM Meeting
- Change Order Requests (COR’S)

Journeyman Pipe and Duct Insulator
This position installs insulation on plumbing, heating, and refrigeration piping systems, as well as insulating ductwork at job sites. Critical responsibilities include effective communication with co-workers, project foreman and other contractors/sub-contractors on-site; adherence to safety procedures; quality production & cost control; and other duties as necessary to facilitate the completion of assigned jobs in a timely manner.

Experience/Certifications Required:
- 1+ year experience in the field working on commercial HVAC Projects

- Proficient in all types of mechanical insulation
- Ability to create material lists

- Experience in Fiberglass, Armaflex, Duct wrap, PVC jacket and other insulating jacket systems
